Exchange & Return Policy

At KurtisByShivay, we strive to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchange Policy (4 Days)

We offer a 4-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, customers must email us at support@kurtisbyshivay.com
with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name / details

  • Reason for exchange

  • Required size / product for exchange


Response Time:

Once you send the exchange request email, our team will respond within 24 working hours.

  • Our support team works Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only

  • Saturday & Sunday are strictly off, no emails will be responded to during this time

  • In case of urgency, you can still send an email — the team will review it on the next working day


Exchange Process:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address

  • If the pickup is not completed due to any reason, the customer must self-ship the parcel to our provided address

After the product is received:

  • Our team will record a complete unboxing video for verification

  • If everything is found correct, your exchange product will be dispatched as per your selection


Important Notes:

  • Exchange will only be processed after the product is received at our warehouse

  • If the returned item is used, damaged, incorrect, or tampered, the exchange will not be processed

  • Only ONE free exchange is allowed per order

  • Any additional exchanges will incur reverse and forward shipping charges


Refund Policy

Refund is only applicable in case of damaged products.

To Request a Refund:

Customer must provide a proper unboxing video clearly showing the damage
Email the video along with order details to support@kurtisbyshivay.com

Once approved:

  • Our team will initiate the reverse pickup and refund process


Important Notes:

  • No refund will be provided in any case other than a damaged product

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video proof will be rejected


Additional Terms

  • All exchanges and refunds are subject to quality check and verification at our warehouse

  • The company reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet policy conditions

  • Any disputes will be subject to Surat jurisdiction only
